Our Kensington Estate is a UV lacquered engineered wood floor that brings elegance and beauty to any home. The lacquered surface draws your eye to the gentle sheen whilst also performing the vital role of preserving the 3mm wear layer. The Estate can be installed in areas previously considered inappropriate for hardwood flooring. The UV lacquer protects against humidity, surface moisture and direct sunlight.
The Kensington Estate has been manufactured with a 4V groove, micro bevelled edge that helps to define each individual board within the installation. Not only does the bevelled edge draw out characteristics in every plank but it allows a degree of flexibility in subfloors which means the Estate is ideal for older style properties.
The Estate comes in random length, straight planks that vary between 300mm - 1200mm. This gives you the ultimate freedom to design the installation how you want, our customers love the traditional, non-uniform patterns that are created with a random length product such as the Kensington Estate.
The width of the boards are 125mm wide making the Estate an ideal candidate for entrance ways, hallways, utility rooms, living rooms, kitchens and dining rooms.
