How It Works
1. Buy
Choose your dream flooring from our wide collection of exquisite flooring solutions and select your delivery option at checkout.
2. Schedule
Our friendly team will then call or email you to arrange a suitable delivery date. On the day, our courier company will text you a 2 hour time slot.
3. Delivery
Our courier will then place the pallet on the kerbside at the nearest access point to your property, for you to then transfer to your home.
Your delivery checklist
Follow this handy checklist to make sure you’re all set for the big day!
Please ensure that you have provided us with any information regarding: restricted access, permit parking, pedestrian street etc.
Due to the nature of the product, our vehicles are larger than typical transport vans. This means we need to know:
– if the road has size or weight restrictions;
– whether or not we need to delivery to the front or rear of the property;
– whether or not our vehicles will cause an obstruction; and
– any other info that will help us deliver your order safely and on time.
Please ensure, at the time of order, that you have provided us with the necessary delivery instructions as any orders that are not fulfilled are subject to re-delivery charges.

Our expert courier service allows you to plan ahead, safe in the knowledge that you have selected a date and time that works for you.
Our kerbside deliveries take place between the hours of 9am & 6pm.
Our couriers will send you a text message on the day of delivery to provide you with a 2 hour time slot for you to receive your order. This means you can plan ahead and make sure you have the appropriate help for your delivery.
Any missed deliveries will be subject to re-delivery charges so make sure you are available for the scheduled delivery times.
We strongly advise that customers do not book installers until the flooring has been acclimatised (see below).
We strongly advise customers never arrange installation on the day of delivery. Always wait for the product to arrive before booking an install date, after the necessary acclimation period (see below).
Make sure you’re available on the day of delivery, we recommend that you have assistance to help lift and carry your flooring into the property.
Insurance guidelines mean that our drivers can only leave your order at the nearest access point, on the kerbside.
The driver is not responsible for carrying or lifting your order into the property, garden, garage or driveway.
Your order will require a signature from a person aged 18 or over.
We are unable to leave orders with neighbours or family friends, so please make sure you/nominated receiver of goods are available to take delivery of your order.
If the delivery is not fulfilled you may be subject to redelivery charges.
Make sure the room(s) where your flooring will be installed is dry, clean and ready for acclimation.
What is acclimation? Acclimation is a process that allows your new flooring to adjust to it’s new environment. Whether you have ordered a natural product, LVT or Laminate it is essential that the flooring is given enough time to adapt to your room(s) humidity and temperature.
Before acclimatising your flooring, allow a minimum of 7 days after any wet trade work (such as plastering) as this will affect the natural humidity levels of your room.
Failure to acclimate your flooring will void all manufacturers warranties and guarantees.
Place your new flooring in the room(s) where it will be installed. Lay the packs flat on the floor, this will prevent the product from bowing or changing shape. Do not stack your flooring against the wall.
Acclimate your products.
Do not be tempted to open the packs, you want to protect the flooring from warping and storing the flooring in its original packing allows all the boards to acclimatise together, at the same time. The packaging also offers extra protection whilst the product is being stored.
Please find our recommended acclimation times:
- Solid Wood Flooring – 5 days
- Engineered Wood Flooring – 3 Days
- Laminate – 3 Days
- LVT Flooring - 1 Day
After your delivery, make sure you are happy with your flooring!
We make sure that when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, all products leave in the very best condition. Your order should include all items selected at the time of purchase unless otherwise communicated.
In the rare event that a delivery does not complete during the allocated time frame please contact us immediately. As previously stated, we strongly advise customers never arrange installation until the products have arrived.
If your flooring arrives damaged in transit, make sure you take photographs of the flooring and sign for the delivery as damaged. If the damage has occurred within the packs, use a sharp instrument to break the clear tape and ensure that the outer packaging is not damaged – we cannot accept open/damaged packs. Again, photograph the flooring and contact our team who will resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Please note that customers placing orders from outside Mainland UK (including Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland) and some territories of Scotland may be subject to additional delivery charges. These areas may not be eligible for our next working day or Saturday only services.
