What trade discount do you offer?
Once you’ve been approved for a trade account you’ll unlock your discounted prices.
Trade discounts will cover all our products - including underlay - and discounts will vary from product to product, your order amount and your order history with us.
Our friendly team will provide you with a bespoke quote for each order.
What exclusive special offers will there be?
You’ll get exclusive access to our special offers - including deals on new products, limited run deals, end of line sales and clearance deals.
We’ll also endeavour to keep you up-to-date on all our latest special offers via email.
Where can you deliver to?
We can offer kerbside delivery direct to your work site, or to your company premises.
Our courier will then place the pallet on the kerbside at the nearest access point to the premises.
On the day, our courier company will text you a 2 hour time slot. This helps you plan your day effectively and even draft in some help for larger orders. The delivery must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.
What are the delivery options and how much are they?
We offer standard 2-3 working day delivery on all trade orders and free samples. We do however offer a wide range of delivery service to best suit your needs, this includes:
– ‘AM’ or ‘PM’ delivery time slots;
– Next Day Delivery.
As part of your ordering process, our friendly team will arrange a suitable delivery date and quote for delivery. You can view our customer facing Delivery page for indicative pricing.
What is your cut-off time for Next Day Delivery?
Our cut-off time for Next Day Delivery is 1pm.
Can you tell me more about your free & unlimited XL samples?
Samples allow your client to touch and feel the finish, texture and quality of our flooring. They also get to see how they look in their own home, under their exact lighting conditions and see how they complement your décor.
Free samples are a great way for your clients to try before they buy - we get that, and that’s why we actively push our trades to send samples to their clients.
We don’t charge you for our samples and we won’t limit how many samples you order with us either!
Do you offer credit terms?
Once you have worked up a suitable order history we could discuss credit terms on a per case basis. Credit would be offered at our discretion, and we reserve the right to remove or change any agreed credit terms.
Can you reserve and hold stock?
Once your order is placed and paid for, we’re more than happy to keep it in stock for you at the warehouse at no extra charge. Then it’s there for you when you’re ready.
