Generally speaking, a lacquered finish is easier to scratch so we would avoid choosing this finish with long-clawed pets. Our waterproof LVT and water resistant AC5 laminate products are perfect for pets that enjoy the outdoors.
Feel free to contact us or give us a call to discuss which flooring solutions may suit your needs the best.
We don’t offer a fitting service, we know a lot of our customers want to fit flooring themselves or trust a local expert to perform the installation.

Yes, all subfloors should be correctly prepared for any flooring installation.
To prevent damage, movement or warping the subfloors should be as close to perfect as possible. Whether the subfloor is concrete or wood, all debris should be removed. The subfloor should be levelled, strengthened and dry prior to the installation.
Every floor is different, some flooring can be glued, nailed or floated.
You can find out information in the 'Specifications' tab on any of our products, always consult with a professional fitter before deciding on the installation method.
A floated floor is a popular installation method where no adhesives or nails are used to fix the flooring to the subfloor.
Check the installation information in the 'Specifications' tab on any of our products to see if this method is suitable, and always consult with a professional fitter before deciding on the installation method.
