For example, if they spend £600 it is a £25 reward for you, and £15 reward for your friend to say hello and thank you.

What is Refer A Friend?
Refer a friend is a brilliant way of rewarding you for introducing your friends and family to Lumber King Flooring.
It’s easy too – just fill in your details in the form above and we’ll do the rest. If your friend successfully places an order with us using your unique referral code, then you will receive your reward 30 – 35 days after their delivery has been delivered (or your order – whichever is latest).

How long will it take for you to respond to our initial request?
We’ll normally be in touch with your friend within 24 hours, but please allow 1-2 working days for busy times.
We’ll then supply them with your unique referral code for them to then enter at the checkout when they make their order online.
Can I refer more than one friend?
There are no caps to how many friends you refer, nor caps to rewards you can earn either – so feel free to recommend us to as many people as you like!
However, all referred friends must be new customers to us. If your friend has shopped with us before, they will not be eligible.
How much will I be rewarded?
You will be rewarded £15, £25 or £50 depending on the value of your friend’s order with us – £15 for an order value up to £599; £25 for an order value up to £999; or £50 for an order value over £1499. You will only receive one reward per order.
You can choose your reward – either a Lifestyle eGift Card or donate to Ecologi – the choice is yours!
How much will my friend be rewarded?
Your friend will only be rewarded if their order exceeds £599.
They would then be rewarded £15, £25 or £50 depending on their order value – £15 for an order value over £599 and up to £599; £25 for an order value over £599 and up to £999; or £50 for an order value over £1499. They will only receive one reward per order.
They can choose their own reward – either Lifestyle eGift Card or donate to Ecologi. You and your friend do not have to choose the same reward choice.

Why was my referral not approved?
All referred friends must be new customers to us. If your friend has shopped with us before, they will not be eligible for our Refer a Friend scheme.
Do I still get rewarded if my friend cancels?
Rewards to both you and your friend are not payable if you or your friend cancels their purchase within their 30 day returns period.
If either of you or your friend cancels before this, neither of you will be rewarded.
When will we receive our rewards?
We will be in touch 30 - 35 days after your friend’s order has been delivered (or your order – whichever is latest).
We will then ask you to confirm which reward you would like to receive, and then within 24 hours we’ll email you with your Lifestyle eGift Card or confirmation of your donation to Ecologi.
How long do I have to use my Lifestyle Gift Card?
You have 2 years from receipt of your eGift Card to use your reward before it expires. Please read Lifestyle's FAQs for any further information.
There’s a problem with my Gift Card, what should I do?
If you have failed to receive or lost your eGift Card we can arrange a resend – that’s not a problem.
If you’re having any trouble at all with your gift eGift Card, please contact us or call us on 0800 567 7550.
Please note you have 2 years from receipt of your eGift Card to use your reward.

Refer A Friend Terms
- Your referral must be approved by Lumber King Flooring before any discounts can be applied. Friends’ order must be placed online, utilising your unique referral code (which will be supplied to your friend by Lumber King Flooring upon approving your ‘Refer A Friend’ request). Approval decisions are at Lumber King Flooring’s discretion, and all decisions are final.

- Customers referring their friend will be rewarded £15, £25 or £50 depending on the order value of your friend – £15 for an order value up to £599; £25 for an order value up to £999; or £50 for an order value over £1499. You will only receive one reward per order.
