Experience the epitome of luxury and durability with our captivating Kensington collection. Our Midnight offering gets its name from its beautifully dark, blackwashed finish.
The high-quality 5mm wear layer is made from solid oak that is mechanically brushed to add depth and texture. The straight planks are then stained to achieve an elegant midnight colour before being finished with UV lacquer for long-lasting durability. The thickness of the boards are 18mm and this means the flooring can withstand moderate to high foot traffic.
The Kensington Midnight planks are random lengths starting at 300mm and going up to 1200mm. This helps to create a non-uniform pattern during the installation and make the flooring appear long-established, much like a traditional solid wood floor.
All of our engineered wood floors are sourced from sustainable forests and we only use manufacturers that are PEFC certified. PEFC is a non-government organisation that ensures that the forests that we harvest from are responsibly managed to provide environmental, social and economic benefits.
In an effort to improve our sustainability practices we have partnered with Ecologi to ensure that we are minimising our impact on the environment. We are planting trees with every order we receive and ensuring that we leave positive legacy for generations to come.
